We do not offer refunds as each item is handmade to order. We do offer exchanges on pieces from the collection. You will receive store credit if the item is sent back within 10 days and has not been worn or damaged.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom orders.

If shipping a piece of jewelry back to us for an exchange or repair please package it safely and ship it with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages sent to us.
