Much has been written about this being the first Full Moon on Christmas in 38 years and many of us are being called to redefine what family means to us in these turbulent times. Whether biological or makeshift, now is the time to sink into the love in our lives, to revel in the ways we've successfully mothered and fathered ourselves and emerged whole. Let us nourish ourselves through shared connection and warmth. Wherever you are, whatever your faith, whatever your current circumstances know you are loved, that you are love. Sunday, October 25 -- Creating Sacred Space: A Full Moon Women’s Circle

I'm so excited to have my dear friends and co-creators of The New Moon Circle Journal Danielle Beinstein and Paula Mallis in Brooklyn for this gathering.  

2-5pm at Maha Rose, 97 Green Street, #G3, Brooklyn, NY 11222

Throughout time, women have gathered during the New and Full Moons to support, heal and uplift one another. While New Moons are for new beginnings and setting intentions, the Full Moon is a time of great illumination, culmination and release. In this 3 hour workshop, we will learn how to hold space for each other as we let go what no longer serves us and align with our inner wisdom through meditation, intention and heartfelt sharing. Paula and Danielle have joyfully been leading circles in Venice, CA for the past 2 years and are delighted to bring their knowledge and experience to New York City.

I was introduced to KittyKind by my talented co-worker, Valerie Blum, who has been a volunteer helping to provide food, shelter, and medical care to rescued cats in NYC for over ten years. I am honored to participate in their Silent Art Auction Fundraiser this Friday night in Brooklyn. There will be cocktails and light hors d’oeuvres with the opportunity to bid on one of my turquoise neon dreamcatchers as well as beautiful work from a variety of artists.
